Terms of Use

These terms apply when you access the Clash Help Center, read its documentation, or use its download links. Review the conditions below before proceeding. If you do not agree, stop using the relevant service. Software licenses and usage terms are set by each project.

1. Scope and Purpose of These Resources

This site provides download links for clients in the Clash ecosystem, configuration guides for the mihomo core, tutorials, and troubleshooting resources. They are for educational and technical reference only. The documentation is not legal advice and does not endorse any particular network environment, service provider, or use case.

Client interfaces, supported fields, and system permissions may change as projects are updated. Before following an example, check how it applies to your client, core, and operating system. Configuration snippets explain how fields work together; do not replace an existing full configuration without adapting them. Confirm matters involving subscription accounts, network access, or paid services directly with the relevant provider.

2. Legal Compliance and User Responsibilities

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are and to your activities, as well as the rules of your organization, school, and network operator. Do not use the software or site materials for unauthorized access, attacks, unlawful distribution of information, or other actions that infringe on others’ rights. Being technically able to perform an action does not mean you are legally authorized to do so.

Before use, make sure you have the necessary administrative rights for your device and network. Enabling a system proxy or TUN, listening on a local network, or changing DNS settings may affect other apps and devices on the same network. Back up your configuration, note your original settings, and test only in an environment you control. Keep subscription links and credentials secure. Remove sensitive information before reporting an issue.

3. Third-Party Software and Disclaimers

The software referenced here is provided by independent open-source projects or developers. This site is not a co-developer of those projects. Listing download links and providing documentation does not constitute a guarantee of third-party software, subscription content, or remote services. Refer to each project’s documentation and actual releases for licensing, maintenance status, and software behavior.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site does not guarantee that its materials will always be accurate or complete, or that download links and software will remain available. It is not liable for data loss, business interruption, or other losses caused by software defects, configuration errors, system conflicts, network outages, or changes to third-party services. We update documentation as issues come to our attention, but cannot guarantee that every change is reflected immediately. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

4. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Licenses

The names, marks, code, and other project materials for Clash, mihomo, and related clients belong to their respective rights holders. Names and marks on this site are used only to identify projects and describe compatibility. Their use does not imply official authorization, partnership, or endorsement.

Use, modification, and redistribution of open-source software must comply with the applicable license. Open source does not mean attribution can be removed or distribution obligations ignored. When quoting original content from this site, credit the source and avoid excerpts that change its meaning. For third-party materials, check the original author’s permission requirements. These terms do not replace, expand, or reduce any rights granted by a project’s license.

5. Changes to These Terms and Reporting Issues

These terms may be revised as the scope of the content, services, or legal requirements change. The updated text will be posted on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed. Significant revisions will include an explanation of their scope. Review the current terms before use. No change should be understood as retroactively waiving liability required by law.

For installation or configuration issues, start with the FAQ or the setup guide, then follow the troubleshooting steps on the relevant page. Include the client name, system environment, and error details with sensitive information removed. This site cannot resolve subscription transactions, account refunds, or licensing disputes involving third-party projects. Contact the service provider or project maintainers directly about those matters.
